The idea of a flying utopian city is a very common idea. Clean perfect cities, floating gloriously in the clouds. But history teaches us that every glorious place, will fall. The gorgeous roman forums, the egipcian temples, the soviet monuments... All ended decadent, missused, occupied by strangers and, finally, collapsing.
