В данной серии «Увядание красоты» две работы: «Диалог вне времени» - общий вид храма; «На задворках» - входная группа. На рисунках изображен Храм Успения Пресвятыя Богородицы. Храм расположен на Большой Московской ул., 106А в г. Владимире. Это центральная и историческая улица города. Этими двумя рисунками хотел бы обратить внимание на проблему не только города Владимира, а всей страны. Когда объекты федерального значения остаются без должного внимания реставраторов и фондов, которые выделяют средства на эти мероприятия. Но при этом в городе строится несколько новых церквей. В 1955-1981 гг. А.В. Столетов реставрировал Храм. А сегодня здание пребывает в затяжной реставрации: стены в строительных лесах; слой штукатурки пришел в негодность; где-то просматривается кирпич. Несмотря на такое положение вещей, Храм вступает в диалог с окружающей застройкой и природой, проявляя себя, как статное и культовое сооружение со своим «уникальным портретом» и историей: прошлым, настоящим и , надеюсь, будущим.

Despite this state of Affairs, the Temple enters into a speech with the surrounding buildings and nature, manifesting itself as a stately and religious building with its "unique portrait" and history: the past, the present and, I hope , the future.
