For the extension of the Vienna City Museum on the Karlsplatz in Vienna, our contribution of this competition includes the idea of a museum compression of the present. In terms of content in relation to the exhibited as well as in relation to the "building" as a kind of landscape compression. The park merges into the building and the building itself becomes a park-like complex. We understand the expansion of the Vienna City Museum as a museum compression of the present.
