Жилой дом ориентрован своим главным фасадом на Волгу. И, конечно, хотелось его распахнуть всеми окнами и открытыми террасами на Волгу. С другой стороны дом стоит высоко на берегу и здесь берег трактуется как опорная стена. Таким образом, авторы решают формальную задачу соотношения стены и проемов. Стена выражается динамичной линией по абрису и трактуется как продолжение скалы в которой вырезаны проемы, и из которых выходят мосты-балконы. Дом является логичным продолжением данного ландшафта и современным объектом архитектуры. Все это попытались отразить в поисковом эскизировании.

The residential building is oriented by its main facade to the Volga. And, of course, I wanted to open it with all the windows and open terraces on the Volga. On the other hand, the house stands high on the shore and here the shore is treated as a supporting wall. Thus, the authors solve the formal problem of the ratio of walls and openings. The wall is expressed by the dynamic line along the outline and the tract as a continuation of the rock in which the openings are cut, and from which the bridge-balconies exit. The house is a logical continuation of this landscape and a modern architectural object. They tried to reflect all this in search design.
