Серия графических работ «Ногинск – Богородск в стиле стимпанк».

Серия рисунков посвящена архитектуре подмосковного города Ногинска (до 1930 г. Богородск). На протяжении своей 242 летней истории, город меняется, становится эклектичным, но при этом сохраняет своё лицо. В моей серии, реальные здания Ногинска перенесены в постапокалиптическое пространство, где жизнь продолжается, а уцелевшая архитектура преобразилась и приобрела особый вид. Здания разных эпох стилизованы под стимпанк: дом - паровая машина, гимназия - воздушный шар, городской сквер - баржа. Коллекция архитектуры создаёт разноплановый, объёмный, стильный образ Ногинска (Богородска).

1. Деревянные дома №131, № 148 на Рогожской улице. Традиционная и привычная для Ногинска (Богородска) архитектура выглядит по-новому, дома на сваях создают единый комплекс. Треугольные крыши рассекают воздух, а резьба создаёт воздушность, дома словно парят над землёй. Рисунок сделан с натуры, путем комбинирования разных фрагментов видимого пейзажа.

2. Дом – паровая машина купца Петра Зотова. (Ногинск. ул. Советская, 74). Дом был построен в 1880 году и принадлежал владельцу шелково-ткацкой фабрики, сейчас в здании расположена музыкальная школа. На рисунке к дому присоединены фабричные трубы и мощные колеса. Дом отражает стремительное развитие купечества в Богородском уезде в конце 19 века.

3. Женская гимназия – монгольфьер (Ногинск, ул. Советская, 57). Здание построено в 1907 году, архитектором А.В. Кузнецовым. Воздушный шар подчёркивает легкость и воздушность архитектуры. Изображено не всё здание, а его центральная часть. На шаре расположены декоративные элементы с фасада гимназии.

4. Баржа с памятником В.И. Ленину, сквером им. Бугрова и бараком (Ногинск, площадь Бугрова,1).

До революции, на месте памятника В.И. Ленину располагалась часовня во имя святого князя Александра Невского, построенная в 1890 году и разрушенная в 1932-1934 гг. Верх часовни изображен под водой, рядом купол разрушенной колокольни Тихвинского храма возведенной также, архитектором И.М. Васильевым. Рисунок сделан с натуры, путем комбинирования увиденных деталей, в том числе, надписей на стенах.

5. Дом многоэтажка на моноколесе (Ногинск. Ул. 3-го Интернационала, 88, 90). В Ногинске есть микрорайоны, много кирпичных и панельных домов разной формы. Все детали для этого дома, в том числе, необычная арка, взяты с натуры.

A series of graphic works "Noginsk - Bogorodsk in the steampunk style".

The series of drawings is dedicated to the architecture of Noginsk, a town in Moscow Region (Bogorodsk until 1930). During 242 years of its history the town has been changing gaining the elements of eclecticism but still maintaining its personal style. In this series some really existing buildings are depicted in a postapicalyptic world where life goes on while the remaining architecture has been transformed and has attained its special look. Buildings from different epochs are styled as steampunk architecture for example a house is presented as a steam engine, a gymnasium looks like a hot-air balloon, a city square becomes a barge. All these architectural elements create a diverse, voluminous and stylish image of Noginsk (Bogorodsk).

1. The Wooden houses №131 and № 148. in Rogozhskaya st. The traditional architectural style typical of Noginsk (Bogorodsk) gets a new image with stilt houses that create a unified complex. The triangle roofs are piercing the air. The decorative carving enhances the airiness lifting the houses from the ground. It is a life drawing based on the combination of different fragments of the landscape.

2. The tradesman Pyotr Zotovs house in the form of a steam engine (Noginsk, Sovetskaya st., bld. 74). The house was built in 1880 and belonged to the owner of a silk factory. At present the building houses the local music school. In the drawing we can see factory chimneys and powerful wheels. The house symbolises the fast growth of merchantry that took place in Bogorodsk region at the end of the 19th century.

3. Bogorodsk Gymnasium for Women depicted as a hot-air ballon (Noginsk, Sovetskaya st., bld.57). The gymnasium was built by the Russian architect A.V. Kuznetsov. The hot-air ballon highlights the light and gracious style of the building. Only the front part of the building is represented here. The hot-air ballon is adorned with the same decorative elements as on the facade of the gymnasium.

4. A Barge with V.I. Lenins monument, Burgovs Square (Bugrova Square) and a barrack (Noginsk, Burgovs square, bld.1).

Before the Great October Socialist Revolution instead of V.I. Lenins monument there was a chapel named after Aleksandr Nevsky, the famous Russian saint prince. The chapel was built in 1890 and destroyed between 1932 and 1934. The upper part of the chapel is depicted under the water next to the dome of the ruined bell tower of Our Lady of Tikhvin Church (Tikhvinskaya Church). The bell tower was erected by the Russian architect I.M. Vasilyev. Its a life drawing based on the combination of real details as well as notes on the walls.

5. A block of flats on a monowheel (Noginsk, 3rd International st., bld. 88, 90). In Noginsk there are neighbourhoods with blocks of flats or brick houses of different shapes. All the details of the building as well as the unusual arch are life drawings.
