Из цикла «Проект Лапута»

«Проект Лапута» был выполнен для участия в международном архитектурном конкурсе на новую градостроительную модель(организатор МАА), приуроченному к Конференции Habitat II в Стамбуле в 1996 году. Там он был удостоен Диплома Отличия.

Проект дает образный прогноз о возможности реализации задач, содержащихся в документах Habitat, и какие изменения претерпит облик города при этом?

В этом концептуальном проекте был предложен новый тип многофункционального здания – эфферент (efferentis (лат.) – выносящий). Это – технически насыщенное здание, предназначенное для объединения различных функций, как общественных, так и инженерных, в жилой застройке, с целью оптимизации городского пространства.

В ближайшее время будет развиваться общественный дирижаблевый транспорт большой грузоподъемности, и это обстоятельство повлияет на облик города.

Эфферент, будучи зданием высокотехнологическим, будет инструментом формирования психологического климата урбанистической среды.

From the series "Project Laputa"

The "Project Laputa" was originally created in order to participate in the international architectural competition for a new urban development model (the organiser was the International Academy of Architecture), dedicated to the Habitat II Conference in Istanbul in 1996.

There it was awarded the diploma of excellence. The project provides a forecast for the possible realisation of the tasks contained in the documents Habitat, and how it will reflect on the citys appearance. The concept of this project proposed a new type of multi-purpose building - "Efferent" from Latin efferentis. The structure is technically saturated building, designed to combine the various functions of both public and engineering , in a residential area, in order to optimize the urban space.

The development of the heavy-duty airship trucks is envisaged in the near future, which will affect the appearance of the city. Being the high-tech building, the "Efferent" will be an instrument of formation of the psychological climate of the urban environment.
